Crunchy Crab Sushi Bowl

This meal prep is perfect for all sushi lovers! Imitation crab and riced cauliflower are mixed with Yum-Yum sauce for a creamy base. Then, cucumber and green onions are added for freshness while the seaweed and crispy, fried onions add flavor and crunch. Everything but bagel seasoning, and soy sauce are all the seasonings you need for the perfect hint of salt and garlic. Lastly, avocado and sriracha are added for creaminess and spice. - 4 cups Imitation crab
- 151 grams cucumber
- 8 Teaspoons chopped green onions
- 8 Tablespoons garlic pepper crispy fried onions
- 4 Teaspoons everything but bagel seasoning
- 8 Teaspoons sriracha
- 12 Seaweed sheets
- 63 grams avocado
- 4 Teaspoons soy sauce
- 8 Tablespoons Yum-Yum sauce
- 3 cups riced cauliflower
First, arrange four of your meal prep bowls on a table.
Second, shred one cup of imitation crab per bowl.
Third, add 2 tablespoons of Yum-Yum sauce to each bowl and mix really well.
Next, add 3/4 cup of the riced cauliflower to each bowl.
Then, add the chopped cucumber and avocado divided evenly between each bowl.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of the everything but bagel seasoning in each bowl.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of green onions to each bowl.
Then, drizzle 2 teaspoons sriracha on top of each bowl.
Place the lids on top of the bowls and move to the small containers of toppings.
Arrange 8 small containers with lids on the table.
