First, heat your skillet on medium high.
Second, add 2 tablespoons of butter.
Third, cut a hole in the center of your bread using your cup/glass.
Next, add your slices of bread (with a hole in the middle) to the skillet.
Then, crack your eggs into the holes in the bread.
During the cooking process, season eggs with salt and pepper.
Flip the pieces of bread (with egg in the center) whenever it is toasted on the bottom.
Next, cook on the flipped side to your desired type of egg. (Hard, Easy, etc...)
Take "Easy egg in a hole" out of the skillet.
Put 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet to cook your "hats."
Place the pieces of bread (hats) into the skillet with butter.
Toast the "hats" on both sides in the butter.
At last, remove "hats" from the pan and place on top of your "Easy egg in a hole."
