First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Second, using a serrated knife, slice your rolls in half and separate the tops from the bottoms.
Third, take your butter and seasonings and place into a small bowl that is microwave-safe and melt completely.
Next, brush the foil or parchment paper on the baking sheet with some of the butter and seasonings.
Then, place the bottoms of the rolls onto the foil.
Now you are ready to begin layering your meats. Put an even layer of 12 slices of ham or turkey on one bottom half of the rolls and put the other twelve on the other bottom halves.
Next, layer the slices of cheese on top of your ham and turkey.
Place the tops of the rolls onto your layers of meat and cheese.
Then, take the remaining butter seasoning mixture and brush the top of the rolls and down the sides of the sandwiches. (I also like to poke holes in the sandwich tops before I do this so that the butter and seasonings can seep into the sandwiches better.)
Cover the sandwiches with foil and place into a 350-degree oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking time in order to get a golden brown top on the sandwiches. (I don't recommend using the broil setting)
Finally, remove from the oven, cut into individual sliders, and enjoy with your favorite chips and dips!
