Excellent and Easy Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake

Sushi is a special treat in my house, and we have a family favorite restaurant with the BEST SUSHI in our area. But it’s over 45 minutes away from where we live and therefore, we don’t get to indulge very often. We have made sushi at the house before and it turned out pretty good and so I was super excited when I ran across this version of sushi at home on TikTok! It is so simple and really takes the intimidating factor out of making sushi at home for those that are hesitant. It’s great for kids because they can help put it together and at the end, they have the chance to assemble their own rolls right at the table!
