The Best Chocolate Salted Caramel Apple Bark is just a take on the classic caramel apple that is just a little bit easier to eat while maintaining all that great flavor! Rich chocolate almond bark is layered with crispy green apples, crunchy salted pretzels, and finally drizzled with buttery caramel for a sweet that will surely KNOCK YOUR SOCKS OFF! Your taste buds aren't going to know what to do!

Equipment

  • 1 cookie sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • 2 microwave-safe bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 granny smith apples chopped, not peeled
  • 3 cups mini pretzels chopped
  • 3/4 cup of melted caramel for drizzling
  • 24 oz. chocolate almond bark melted
  • ​Juice of 1 small lemon

Instructions
 

  • First, line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Second, melt the chocolate almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Third, take the two green apples and slice them, and then cut the slices into bite-sized pieces.
  • ​Next, toss the pieces of green apple with the lemon juice until all of the pieces are coated to keep the apples from turning brown.
  • Then, pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread evenly with a spatula.
  • Next, sprinkle the green apple pieces onto the melted chocolate.
  • Then, sprinkle the chopped pretzels on top of the melted chocolate and apples.
  • Next, melt the caramel in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle it on the bark.
  • To get that caramel apple flavor, make sure that every bite has caramel in it, especially on the apples.
  • Then, chill the bark in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, preferably an hour.
  • Finally, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
