1 cookie sheet
Parchment paper
- 2 4 oz. white chocolate bars
- 2 4 oz. milk chocolate bars
- 2 4 oz. dark chocolate bars
- 2 peppermint candy canes crushed
- 1/2 cup of M&M's
- 4 Biscoff cookies crumbled
First, preheat the oven to the lowest setting. My oven will only go as low as 170 degrees F.
Second, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Third, lay the chocolate bars end to end alternating between flavors on the parchment-lined baking sheet. For example: white chocolate, milk chocolate, and then dark chocolate.
Next, place the chocolate into the oven to melt gently. This should take about 5 minutes. (You don't want the chocolate so melted that it runs everywhere. You just want it soft enough to swirl with a chopstick.)
Once the chocolate is melty and soft, take it out of the oven and immediately swirl the different chocolate bar flavors together to make a marbled effect.
Then, sprinkle the M&M's all over the melted chocolate.
Next, sprinkle the crumbled Biscoff cookies onto the chocolate and press the pieces into the chocolate to make sure that they stick.
After the cookies, sprinkle the bark with the crushed candy canes.
Place the cookie sheet into the freezer or fridge for at least 10 minutes to set.
Finally, break the Peppermint Chocolate Christmas Bark into pieces and place into bags and enjoy a sample right away!
