Here is the afternoon snack that is going to keep you full, satisfied, and on track! With the flavor of chocolate, the creaminess of peanut butter, the crunch of walnuts, and the burst of fresh fruit, what's not to love?? Eating high protein, low calorie, and healthy doesn't have to be bland or boring!

- 1 Chocolate flavored rice cake
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 10 grams chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup blueberries
First, take your chocolate rice cake and spread the tablespoon of peanut butter evenly on it.
Second, arrange your blueberries on top of the peanut butter. (Since it's sticky, it keeps the blueberries from rolling away! LOL)
Third, sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
Enjoy as breakfast or a healthy snack to go anytime!
