Quaker Oats No-Bake Cookies Recipe - Monster Bites

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 large cookie sheet
  • Wax paper or Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups of oats rolled oats or quick oats
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup of creamy smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup miniature M&M's
  • 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions
 

  • First, prepare a baking sheet for the Monster Bites by lining it with wax paper or parchment paper.
  • Second, pour the Quaker rolled oats into a large mixing bowl.
  • Third, add the honey, peanut butter, coconut flakes, protein powder, and vanilla/almond extract and mix well.
  • Next, carefully stir in the M&M's, white chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
  • Then, scoop the cookie mixture with a spoon or a small cookie scoop, depending on the size you want, and roll it in the palm of your hand until it becomes a ball and place it on the paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • Finally, place the Monster Bites into the fridge to chill for at least an hour before enjoying!
