- 1 1/2 cups of oats rolled oats or quick oats
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup of creamy smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup miniature M&M's
- 1/4 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract
- 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chips
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
First, prepare a baking sheet for the Monster Bites by lining it with wax paper or parchment paper.
Second, pour the Quaker rolled oats into a large mixing bowl.
Third, add the honey, peanut butter, coconut flakes, protein powder, and vanilla/almond extract and mix well.
Next, carefully stir in the M&M's, white chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips with a rubber spatula.
Then, scoop the cookie mixture with a spoon or a small cookie scoop, depending on the size you want, and roll it in the palm of your hand until it becomes a ball and place it on the paper-lined cookie sheet.
Finally, place the Monster Bites into the fridge to chill for at least an hour before enjoying!
