- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon Tony's seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
- Chili powder (to taste)

- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 3 small limes juiced
