Oats are soaked in chocolate protein powder, almond milk, and chia seeds overnight until they have this creamy consistency. The following morning peanut butter is added for extra creaminess, pecans for crunch, and fresh strawberries to liven it up! This is the BEST overnight oats recipe and is perfect for those mornings that breakfast needs to be eaten quickly or on the go.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
First, pour the oats into a jar or a glass with a lid.
Second, add the chia seeds and protein powder.
Third, place the lid on the container and shake well.
Next, add the almond milk, place the lid back on the container, and shake vigorously.
Then, put the lid on the container and place in the fridge to sit overnight.
The next morning...
Add the peanut butter and chopped pecans and mix well.
Lastly, stir in the chopped strawberries and be careful not to squish them.
