First, crush the Oreos. I like to do this in a food processor or in a Ziploc bag. (Keep enough of the crushed Oreos for sprinkling on top of the finished pie.
Second, add the melted butter to the crushed Oreos and press into a pie dish to form the crust.
Third, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1 cup of powdered sugar until mixed well in a separate bowl.
Next, fold 1/2 of the Cool Whip into the peanut butter cream cheese mixture.
Then, pour the cream cheese mixture into the Oreo cookie crust and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the chopped Reese's peanut butter cups on top of the peanut butter cream cheese mixture.
Next, take another mixing bowl and make the pudding by adding 1 cup of cold milk to the package of Jello Instant chocolate fudge pudding mix and mix well.
Then, fold 1/4 of the remaining Cool Whip and 1/2 cup powdered sugar into the pudding and mix well.
Add the chocolate fudge pudding mixture to the pie dish on top of the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Take the remaining 1/4 cup of Cool Whip and spread it evenly on top of the finished pie.
Finally, sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top!
