The Best Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Smoked Ham

This delicious side dish is not only healthy, but also packed with incredible flavor and texture! Sweet, salty, and crunchy are all big hitters here with toasted pine nuts, honey, and ham. These Brussel sprouts will be the most popular vegetable on your table!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Tablespoons Pine nuts
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 oz. Chopped smoked ham
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cups Brussel sprouts
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Garlic powder
  • Salt/pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Second, Chop your ham into bite size cubes.
  • Third, cut of the ends off of your Brussel sprouts and then cut them in half.
  • Next, place the Brussel sprouts and chopped ham on a cookie sheet.
  • Then, add your seasoning, oil, and pine nuts to the Brussel sprouts.
  • Mix really well with your hands and make sure that all of the Brussel sprouts are covered in the oil and seasoning mixture.
  • Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until your Brussel sprouts are golden and crispy.
  • Serve with your favorite main dish and enjoy!
