I want to help you understand the importance of your diet and moving your body!
I’m no fitness expert but I’ve had 3 children and a partial hysterectomy to overcome… and that’s saying something! (HA)
I’ve used a combination of counting calories, exercise, and a host of other things that have helped me on my fitness journey. It has changed throughout my life, but some things have proven to be effective in the long term. I’ll share what I’ve learned here!
Weekly Cleaning Schedule
I believe that there is a direct correlation between our organizational skills and stress levels. In order to keep up with this fast-paced world and still be “on top” of everything, it is imperative that we put some systems in place. This will allow us to be prepared while also being present with those that we love the most!
I am very concerned with the health and appearance of my skin. That’s why I go to great lengths to find and use products that are effective, hydrating, and protective. Skincare has been a personal passion of mine since I turned 30. That was the year that hormonal acne wreaked havoc on my face. This was the first time in my life that I had to battle pimples, cysts, and possible scarring. In the middle of the mess, I found a dermatologist and I also found some great products that have made my skin what it is today.
Sunday Meal Preps
I’m on a wellness journey to lose some weight, put on some muscle, and feel better overall. And I know that the biggest battle is always going to take place in the kitchen. With a full-time job, BLOG, three kids, home, and husband, time is a precious jewel that I’m not willing to lose. It’s incredibly important to me that I put the “right” foods into my body to meet my goals, but I know that will take planning and preparation. So, meal prep will be a part of my life.
