New Year’s Eve Sparkling Raspberry Slushie Punch
If there’s one thing you should know about me, I ADORE punch! It is why I look forward to baby showers, wedding receptions, and New Year’s Eve parties. It’s all about the punch. (And those cute little sandwiches, of course!) This is my New Year’s Eve Sparkling Raspberry Slushie Punch, and it’s a truly special treat for the holiday season!
Sharing is caring!
The base of this punch recipe starts like most of my favorite beverages: a mixture of pineapple and orange juice. But then we get an extra fruity flavor and tartness from the raspberry jello mix. We also get this vibrant and beautiful pop of red color that makes this festive drink not only tasty but also beautiful!
Another unique aspect of this easy party punch recipe is the slushie part. We are familiar with various ways to keep the punch cold while serving, such as an ice ring, flavored ice cubes, and floating “icebergs” of sherbert or ice cream. But this punch stays cold by remaining frozen into large glass-like shards.
This unique slushie texture might be my favorite part of this New Year’s Eve Sparkling Punch. It’s nostalgic, and all individual servings get pieces of the frozen punch.

And since we are on the topic of things I LOVE about this New Year’s Eve Party Punch, let’s talk about the lack of alcohol. Out of all the holiday parties, New Year’s Eve gets a bad rap for copious amounts of alcohol and a lack of family-friendly beverages. But this is the perfect holiday punch recipe for guests of all ages and is a big hit with both old and young alike!

Tips for New Year’s Eve Sparkling Raspberry Slushie Punch:
- If you want to make the scraping of the punch easier, then don’t wait the entire 8 hours to let it freeze rock solid. Scrape the punch in the freezer every few hours and place it into shallower containers.
