White Chocolate Corn Puff Snack

Hola y’all! Are you looking for a sweet, salty, and crunchy snack that is unlike anything you’ve ever had before? Well, I have the perfect snack for you. Right before we got out of school for Christmas break (I’m a teacher), one of my sweet students brought me a cup of this wonderful, fluffy looking stuff. I tasted it and was instantly mesmerized. I had no clue that white chocolate and cheese would go so well together! It is insane! To me, it’s like the perfect movie night snack. I told her that I was going straight home to make it for my family. I actually brought it to a Christmas Eve party with friends and they agreed that it was such an interesting combination and OH SO DELICIOUS! Just trust me on this one and make this White Chocolate Corn Puff Snack! It would be great for your New Year’s Eve Party!

  • Second, put the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Third, place the bowl of chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals to melt it completely. (Let it go for 30 seconds, take it out and stir, and repeat until melted.)
  • Next, pour the melted white chocolate on top of the puff corn in the large mixing bowl.

  • Then, mix the chocolate and puff corn until all of the puff corn is completely coated with the white chocolate. (You can use the spatula for this but that seems to break the puff corn, so I decided to mix it with my hands. You might want to use gloves for this. And wait until the white chocolate has cooled a little bit so that you don’t burn yourself. I learned that the hard way.)

white chocolate corn puff snack inspiration:

My inspiration for this snack is Abigail. Let me tell you a little bit about her here:

  • She’s very smart and makes EXCELLENT grades. Not just in my class, but in all her classes.
  • She’s athletic and plays multiple sports for our school. (Basketball, softball)
  • She’s funny even when she’s not trying to be. (HA)
  • She’s an excellent student! You might think that because a student has good grades that makes them a great student, but that’s not always the case. Abigail is easy to teach. She catches on pretty quickly and seems to genuinely enjoy learning. Great students are teachable among other things and Abigail has this part nailed!
  • She’s kind and respectful. This goes a long way in the classroom!
